" How to charge for mobile devices?
1.Place the solar panels in direct sunlight(the LED lights up),adjust it's angel towards sunlight (vertical direction) to achieve the optimal charging effect.
2.Solar panels must be exposed directly to the sun.please remove any possible shelter.
3.Please make proper connection between solar charger and your device with provided cable or a certificated one
4.Check your device to see whether it shows up a charging sign or not, otherwise, re-plug your device or replace another cable.
1. ls it waterproof? Can it be used outdoors in a rainy day?
Answer: The panel is laminated with advanced PET layer which is resistant to high-temperature and waterproof, but the controller part is not waterproof, if it does get rained or immersed, please wait until the inside get completely dry;Besides,solar charger is mainly for emergency purpose, we do not recommend a long-term outdoor exposure.otherwise, it may shorten the lifespan of products.
2. What service life does this solar charger have and how long ?
Answer: Our solar charger is made from recyclable solar panel and the solar panels belong to physical batteries which can be used for many times,even after five years of use and marital aging, its power can still achieve more than 80%.
3. Do I need to watch out for over-charging?
Answer: No.With multiple over charging technology, it will automatically turn off when your device's battery is full.

5. What is your terms of packing?
Answer: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes .
